Established in 2009

When we started this organization a decade ago we had two goals in mind which were to develop players skills, and to make sure they are given their fair chance at playing college baseball. We’ve spent the last 10 years improving our skills as an organization to make these goals a reliable and consistent promise to each player. Many of our players in the past and in recent years have gone on to do great things in college baseball and life. To achieve their goals there are a few things we make sure to instill in our players habits, the first of which is practice. We believe in practice, which has always seemed to have been lost in many other showcase baseball programs. This makes little sense considering how much time and effort it takes to build skills in baseball or any sport. Without spending quality time in the cages, on the field, and scrimmaging our players wouldn’t have built the confidence in their skills needed to play at the level they are capable. Secondly, we take player feedback to helps us make sure we are doing the right thing to help that individual player. A big mistake of most organizations is to put a system in place to churn out machines, we believe that this is not helpful in the long run. Each individual player has different habits in their mechanics that need to be considered when assessing what to work on. Not every player will benefit from the same old drill with the same old variation. We also believe that each trainer, scout, and or coach is commissioned by God to do exceedingly, abundantly, above anything that each family should expect in effort both on and off the field for their player.
